Anjali Iyangar is a first year Marshall College student studying Human Biology. She enjoys combining her passions for biology and writing as a writer for Saltman Quarterly. Anjali has a deep appreciation for well-executed irony, science memes, sunsets, and white boards. When she isn’t geeking out about biology, you can catch her enjoying her favorite Thai tea frozen yogurt at Yogurt World, soaking in a sun puddle at the beach, or running at Scripps Coastal Reserve. If you have any questions or just have a burning desire to talk to someone about cool pathogens, email her at aiyangar@ucsd.edu.
